A new lossless compressibility algorithm

Imagine a picture of Zac effron or Shah Rukh Khan. We have to compress this image. The usual way would be to find patterns in its binary form. But we do something counter intuitive. We put a red boundary around the image and start adding pixels or binary information outside the boundary, with the condition that this new overall clump of binary data can now be recognized and expressed as a function that is smaller than the original data. That's it. We have infinite tries because the space outside the red boundary is infinite. This project requires further research I think. The possibilities excite me.
