Madonna is purportedly being hit with a legitimate case for driving the beginning time of her "extraordinary Miami" show to appear back a few hours. 

The show, from the outset, arranged for Tuesday, Dec. 17 at 8:30 p.m., has been moved back to 10:30 p.m., the case picked up by NBC News and Buzzfeed states. 

Nate Hollander recorded the suit in Miami-Dade court seven days preceding, conveying he procured three tickets for the Madame X Visit appear, which totaled $1,024.95.
