Game of Thrones couple Kit Harington and Rose Leslie have welcomed their first child together. Harington's rep confirmed to E! News that the new parents are “very very happy” about their new child, a baby boy. The baby's name is not yet known. The actors were seen stepping out in London with their new addition today, holding hands while Leslie carried their newborn in a baby carrier.

The couple met in 2012 portraying on-screen love interests Ygritte and Jon Snow in HBO’s popular series Game of Thrones. They made their red carpet debut in 2016 at the Olivier Awards in London and confirmed their engagement in a newspaper announcement in 2017. They got married in 2018 in Scotland, with many costars in attendance including Sophie Turner, Emilia Clarke, and Peter Dinklage.

The actress announced her pregnancy in September with a photoshoot in UK’s Make Magazine. She told the New York Post in October, “I am thrilled to be expecting, and I can’t wait to meet the new member of our family!” When talking to Make Magazine, Leslie said that she and Harington bought a Tudor manor in East Anglia, which she calls “the house that Jon Snow built.” She told the publication she was spending quality time with her husband there during the pandemic.
