Decibels (How I Lost my Hearing)
They say, the healthy human ear can hear certain frequencies ranging from hertz of twenties to a twenty multiplied by a thousand of ten... I lost count. I lost my hearing.
As far as I can remember, before, I can hear a rocket launch at approximately 200 decibels of range
dB of 165, a 12-gauge shotgun
At 145, fireworks gun shot
At 85, I heard the busy city traffic
75 the washing machine swirling at pacific,
Fantastic!
I can hear even the slightest earshot
I can hear their voices
Talking about some vices, trashes, or even some of their undending, impending, demanding, so-called "biases"
65
55
50 dB
25 down to fifteen, I heard the softest whisper...
Aces!
Below zero, I heard a leaf's hello swaying all down low
Witnessed a surrender from a once mighty hero.
At negative point something,
I heard a sound of great intensity
The density of my spatial quantity
Waving a goodbye with the loudest scream of gentility.
Hearing myself shattering in pieces
Succumbing the fatal truth of my present instability - vulnerability.
Facing the inevitable verity with all humility - tranquility.
They say, the healthy human ear can hear certain frequencies ranging from Hertz of twenties to a twenty multiplied by a thousand of ten.
I lost count.
I lost my hearing.
I found myself deaf after hearing decibels at negative point something.
