New Covid-19 related restrictions have been issued in Iran on Saturday as a surge in coronavirus infection numbers arises.

According to a map that officials have categorized as "white" through "red", white being safe and red being extremely infected, respective shutdowns will take place. In the red regions, there will be a shutdown for at least two weeks, with only essential businesses allowed to run.

However, in regions with less risk, more businesses may continue to run. No one will be allowed to travel from city to another and they are also implementing a 9pm to 4am curfew nationwide.
