Momo 🥟

Momo(Dumpling) is a love and is famous all around the world. Momo is a type of steamed dumpling with some form of filling. Momo has become a traditional delicacy in Nepal, Tibet, as well as among Nepalese and Tibetan communities in Bhutan, as well as people of Ladakh, Northeast India and Darjeeling regions of India.

Momos ingredient:

White-flour-and-water dough; meat, vegetable or cheese filling

Steps to prepare momos: 1.Finely cut all the vegetables.

2. Add 3/4 cup maida (all purpose flour), 1 teaspoon oil and salt in a large bowl.

3. Mix all ingredients well and prepare a soft pliable dough (like paratha dough) by adding water as needed. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 20-25 minutes.

4. Mix all the vegetable well and sauté for a minute. Stuffing for Veg Momos is ready.

5. Flatten The Dough Balls And Fill It With Chicken Stuffing, And Steam For 20 Minutes
