Man Reveals Strange Skill which Makes You 'Poop Like A Champion'

A weird TikTok technique has gone viral after a man claimed it made you poop like a champion.

The initial approach was shared by @lessiamac, who claimed that massaging a specific area of the ear helped relieve period cramps.

In the video, she can be seen softly massaging an area near the top of her ear with the end of a pencil.

This concept was picked up by plastic surgeon Ricky Brown (@therealtiktokdoc), who explained some of the science behind it, writing: "Massaging portions of your ear helps with period cramps... Or the bathroom."

He then displayed a visual to users to walk them through the anatomy involved.

He stated: "The higher section of your ear's Y is the anti-helix, and the top Y is known as the superior crus, while the lower Y is known as the inferior crus.

The space between them is known as the fossa, also known as the triangle fossa.

"If you look attentively at the diagram, you'll notice that the area of the triangular fossa is for constipation, while the area below the inferior crus is for menstruation pains.

"So, if you put the pencil exactly where she suggested to put it into the triangle fossa, I'm sure you pooped like a champ, but if you slip right below the inferior crus into the area where it's for menstrual cramps, I'm sure your cramps will go away."

Brown's video has received over 800,000 likes, in addition to the two million likes received by the original video.

And, once he confirmed the approach as 'true,' many people have tried it out for themselves, like Sonya Maya (@sonyamaya), who told others in her caption: "YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Please let me know if it works."

In her video, she tries the strange trick, saying, "Okay, let's try this."

She massaged her ear as directed, inserting a pencil into the top of her ear before a horrified expression appeared on her face.

"It'd be TMI if I said it worked, but I have to get there," she remarked before the video stopped off.
