Ingredients & Process:-
1/2 Cup eggless mayo
2 TSP Green capsicum (finely chopped)
2 TSP Red capsicum (finely chopped)
2 TSP cucumber (finely chopped)
1/4 carrot (grated)
2 TSP corn (Boiled)
Note:- you can use any veggies whatever you like instead of above veggies.
1. Now put all the veggies and mayo in bowl . Add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 TSP black pepper(crushed). Mix it well everything.
2. Now take a bread slice and spread a TSP green chutney (you can spread butter instead of chutney) .
3. Also spread 2 TSP mayo mixture. Further spread a TSP green chutney (you can spread butter instead of chutney) over another bread slice and place over stuffing.
4. Toast the sandwich with butter on both sides. ( You can toast sandwich on Pan or sandwich maker)
5. Finally, cut the bread into half and enjoy your mouthwatering dish 🤤😋
