After a complaint from a parent, the most tattooed man in France Sylvain Helaine, known as "Freaky Hoody, was told not to teach at a nursery school in Palaiseau. Just near Paris, a child's parents filed a complained with the educational authorities after their child complained of having nightmares of the teacher, reported BBC News.

The 35-year-old teacher has tattoos all over his body and face, and has had the white around his eyes also surgically inked in black. He teaches children aged six and over.

The teacher claims that the child who complained was not one of his pupils, and that he had not received any complaints from his own students. "It's only when people see me from far away that they can assume the worst," he said to Reuters.

Mr. Helaine uses his appearance to teach his students to accept people who do not look like themselves. Children who see me learn tolerance of others. When they are adults, they may be less likely to be racist or homophobic, and they will not look at disabled people as if they were something from a circus," he told BFM TV.
