Paneer Bhurji Roll with left over Roti

                                        Paneer Bhurji Wraps Recipe is a healthy and delicious protein enriched recipe which you can prepare in less than ten minutes. It is prepared using very simple ingredients making it a wonderful evening snack or even pack it for your kids lunch box.


  • 100g Paneer
  • 3 Onions
  • 3 Tomato
  • 1 Green Chilly
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 tsp. Dhaniya Powder
  • 1 tsp. Jeera Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Hing
  • 1/2 tsp.Haldi Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Red Chilly Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp. Kasuri Methi
  • 1 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter 
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Left over Chapati
  • Mayo
  • Tomato Sauce (Ketchup)
  • Oregano
  • Mixed Herbs
  • Chilly Flakes


Paneer Bhurji Recipe:

  1. Take 1/2 roughly Chop Onion in a bowl. Add some Water to it. Add 1/2 tsp. of Salt to it.
  2. Keep it Refrigerator.
  3. Take 2 1/2 Onion in Mixing Jar , Roughly Chopped.Grind it Until it forms a Fine Paste.
  4. Take Roughly Chopped Tomatoes Garlic,Ginger & Green Chilly in a Mixing Jar.
  5. Place a Pan on the Gas . Add 1 tbs. Oil to it.
  6. Add Onion Paste . Saute it until its Golden-Brownish in Color
  7. Add Tomato Puree at this time.
  8. Add salt as per taste.
  9. Mix well
  10. Cover it with Lid for 2 min .Until it starts releasing Oil . Add some Water if its sticking in the base.
  11. Open the Lid & Mix well.
  12. Add some Water & Mix well.
  13. At this point, add hing, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, haldi powder & red chilly powder(Kashmiri chilly powder).Mix Well.
  14. Add 1/2 Cup of water to the gravy & Mix well.
  15. Cook it for 2 min. It will start releasing oil.
  16.  Add Garam Masala. Mix well.
  17. Check the consistency.
  18. Add Crushed Panner.
  19. Add some Kasuri Methi and Mix well.
  20. Panner Bhurji is Ready.

Paneer Bhurji Wrap:

  1. I have took here a Roti.
  2. Add Some Sauce on it & Spread Over it.
  3. Add Mayo on it. Spread Over it. 
  4. Add Panner Bhurji over it .Spread it.
  5. Put the Onions on the top which we have Refrigerated.
  6. Onions get crunchy when we refrigerate it.
  7. Sprinkle some Oregano & Chilly Flakes.
  8. Roll the Roti.
  9. Place a Pan on the Flame.
  10. Add Butter , Chilly Flakes &Mixed Herbs(optional)
  11. Place the Rolled Roti in the Pan .
  12. Close the Lid.
  13. Open the Lid after 1 min.
  14. Panner Bhurji Wrap is Ready to serve.
