On Saturday, November 14, Michael Hopkins, Victor Glover and Shannon Walker, along with an assigned mission specialist from the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) astronaut Soichi Noguchi will launch into space as Crew-1, the second Crew Dragon Mission to launch into space.

After its test demo in 2019, it has been confirmed that the Falcon 9 rocket is ready to launch. The crew will take off from NASA's Florida station Kennedy Space Center, promptly at 7:49pm Eastern Standard Time.

"Crew-1 is ready. We didn't become a full crew until actually late February - early March. Since that time, the crew and the entire training team has done an amazing job of getting us ready and to this point," said Hopkins in a broadcast statement.
