1. TADASANA: It is very simple asana. It is also considered as a warming up asana. In this asana a person should stand straight on both the feet, begin to lift his heel and feels stretch in the body opposite to gravitational force and stretch his both the hands up in the air with palms facing upward. During this asana a person will inhale slowly. After sometime exhale slowly and comes in previous position. Repeat it for 11-12 times a day.


  


2. PASCHIMOTANASANA: In this asana you should sit on the ground with legs forward, then hold the toes of your feet, breathe out slowly and try to touch your knees with your forehead. After sometime breathe in slowly and raise your head upwards and come to prior position.



3. CHAKRASANA: In this asana lie down in back position. Fix both the hands on the ground then raise middle portion of the body upwards. Raise it as high as possible and turn your body into semi-circular position. Stay in this position for one minute after some days practice you can able to do it for 3 to 5 minutes 



4. SARVANGASANA: In this asana first of all, lie down in back position. Place both the hands along with the thighs. Raise your feet upwards.Take the help of your hands to support your back as shown in adjoining picture. Keep the whole body straight upwards. The body weight should remain on your shoulders and neck. Remain in this position for some time and then return to previous position slowly. 



5. HALASANA: In this asana lie down in back position. Raise your legs slowly upward and try to touch your feet on the ground above your lied head. Palms also should touch the ground. Stay in this position for 2 to 3 minutes.
