The New Orleans Archbishop Gregory Aymond has denounced pastor Travis Clark after he filmed himself having a threesome with two women at the altar of the St. Peters and Paul Roman Catholic Church in Pearl River. On September 30, Clark along with two other dominatrices was arrested after he was discovered having sexual intercourse by a passerby. The passerby saw that the church lights were on for longer than usual and the altar had been fitted with stage lighting and several cameras. Upon further investigation, he found that the pastor was involved in a reproachable sinful act. Along with the two women, Clark was charged with public obscenity — a felony in Louisiana that carries a sentence as high as three years in prison. He has been removed from the ministry. "Lady Vi," one of the two dominatrices involved in the act, wrote in a statement posted to Twitter on Saturday that all parties involved in the act "were consenting adults.

Archbishop Aymond revealed on Friday that he has ordered the Altar to be removed and burned. He issued a video statement where he said that Clark’s actions were deplorable and demonic. He announced his removal from the ministry as well. The Catholic News Agency reports that Aymond will consecrate a new Altar tomorrow. Aymond added that he was infuriated by the misconduct of Clark, who was ordained in 2013.

Last month, Aymond had received a complaint against Pat Wattigny a former priest at the same church. Wattigny had reportedly sent inappropriate texts to a local high school student. "What has happened concerning Pat Wattigny and Travis Clark is unacceptable. It's sinful and it cannot be tolerated," Aymond said in the video statement. "Let me be clear: Both were removed from ministry immediately and will never serve again in Catholic ministry."
