What NOT to be on Halloween

Boston, MA Boston

Sorry Santa, but fall is actually the most wonderful time of the year. The changing colors of the leaves, pumpkin picking, and ending it with an overload of chocolate and bloody makeup. Halloween is a great time to express another side to yourself, but like most times in the mist of creative expression, it is easy to get an idea misconstrued and unknowingly offend people, even groups of people.

This past weekend, at a local Halloween party there was a guy dressed up as a terrorist, and it made it pretty uncomfortable for everyone else around. That being said, dressing up as another religion, stereotype, or race is always a bad idea. Political costumes are often ones you should try to avoid. Try not to be that guy. This should be a night that can be enjoyed by everyone.
