Lunch should be taken around 2pm, not to leave Lunch until after 3pm.
Lunch should be full of fibers i.e. lettuce should be used in Lunch.
Keep in mind Lunch should be lighter than Breakfast.
Keep a minimum interval of 4hr between Lunch and Breakfast.
Hot drinks (eg: hot soup, black tea, and coffee) should be consumed around 5-6pm. Because at this time body temperature starts decreasing.
