White Sauce Pasta without cheese during quarantine

     As we have lockdown period some ingredients are avialable and some are not so this is a perfect combination and Delicious Recipe . Do try this at your Home. I am sure your going to love it.


  • 2cups Macroni (Pasta)
  • 2spoons Maida
  • 4-5 Garlic
  • 2 spoons butter
  • 1 Glass Milk
  • 1 Glass Water
  • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper(finely chopped)
  • Oregano
  • Mixed Herbs
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Mayonnaise
  • 9 Black pepper(crushed)
  • Salt as per taste


  1. Add 1 spoon Butter to the pan.
  2. After Butter melts add Bell Pepper and garlic.Here I have used Bell pepper you can use any veggie as per your choice After the rawness of Bell pepper and garlic is almost over .Remove it in a bowl
  3. Put 1 spoon of Butter in the pan(low flame).Add 2 Spoons of maida to the butter (Low Flame).After getting a foamy texture start adding milk.Add Milk in small amount at a time.
  4. Make sure lumps are not formed.
  5. Add little water at a time and mix it well.
  6. Add pasta to it.Add Salt as per taste
  7.  Close the Lid and let it cook for 5-7min .(Low Flame)
  8. Pasta is almost Cooked.
  9. At this point add my secret Ingredient . 1-2 spoons of Mayonnaise.
  10. Add 1 spoon of chilli flakes.Mix it well
  11. Add Veggies to the pasta.
  12. Add 1 spoon oregano & 1 spoon MixedHerbs
  13. I have added here Mixed Herbs you can even add Parsley if you have(optional).
  14. Mix Well.
  15. Add Black pepper crushed.Mix it well.U can even add Blackpepper powder but freshly crushed gives a different flavour.
  16. Close the lid for 2min to get all the flavours in the pasta.
  17. Turn off the Flame.Open the lid.Your PASTA is Ready.
  18. Ready to Serve . Yummy isn't it.
