Woman Unknowingly Plays Porn On Neighbor's Bluetooth Speaker

A woman who had recently lost her husband was left red-faced when she realized she'd been piping pornographic sounds into her neighbor's home while she was - let's say - releasing the strain.

Tawny Platis, a comedian, and podcaster discovered that the 'adult stuff' she was watching wasn't making any noise - at least not in her house - and tried putting the volume up to figure out what was wrong.

She eventually realized that it was on, but just in her next-door neighbor's house.

Her device had somehow connected to their Bluetooth, putting her in an unfathomably embarrassing scenario.

Fortunately, she's cool about it and has even admitted to sending them a couple more unsolicited communications.

It's not always adult content, but it's usually mature content, as she says.

Tawny, the Death is Hilarious podcast's host, explained herself in a TikTok video: "In the Spring of 2020, I was watching a lot of adult content because my super-hot husband died in November 2019 and I was unable to really 'wid-hoe' [sic] because if I was going to catch some d***, I was probably also going to catch some Covid."

"So, one fine afternoon, I'm trying to watch a video of my choice when I discover that the sound isn't working.

"I blasted it, turned the volume all the way up, and still didn't hear anything - strange." "Until I hear it blasting from my neighbor's speaker," she continued.

"What had occurred was that my phone had connected to the Bluetooth speaker in my neighbor's apartment for some inexplicable reason, and now the entire complex knows what I'm into."

That would generally put most people off for life, but not Tawny. "Because I'm such a goddamn darling, I started doing it on purpose," she continued.

"Adult content wasn't always present, but it was frequently present."

This appears to be quite Tawny, whose podcast explores her dark sense of humor and her experience of mourning following her husband's death.

When asked about her podcast, she stated: "My husband and I were both fans of black humor.

"It served as a coping tool for us in many aspects of our lives, and we relied on it heavily in the final year of his life when he was routinely hospitalized for weeks or months at a time.

"We also collaborated on The Dirty Bits, a comedic podcast that we co-created.

I wasn't shocked that this was the first thought that sprang to mind, and I doubt my husband would have been either."

Death Is Hilarious can be accessible on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, Stitcher, IHeartRadio, and most podcast apps.
